"10 out of 10, I was very happy with everything else. The front desk was always happy to help no mater what time day or night. We were given two for one coupons to be used for wine tasting and tours. Issues that I have had with Marriott I did not have with this Best Western Plus. The room was great and liked having a microwave in the room for reheating our coffee. The coffee and snacks in the lobby were also very nice and used every day. The Denny's on site with the 15% discount also a nice perk. The price of your rooms were also what made our stay affordable. All in all the two rooms that we stayed in everyone like and enjoyed our stay with you. I was suprised and happy with our choice to stay with you."

"10 out of 10, Enjoyed having a balcony to sit and get fresh air. I haven't slept that good in months. Bed was perfect. Having a frig was very nice & useful. Instant hot water & show gel, shampoo etc in shower was a treat. Wouldn't needed to bring ours if I had known. WE came for the Napa Car Show with a 24 foot enclosed Car Trailer & needed to park it @ my husband's sister's Hse in Napa. That would be the only down side to our stay which was very enjoyable is that there is no parking for our Trk & Trailer. We will stay again & have recommended to Friends if they need a place to stay in Napa. you have a great place. Liked the 15% discount @ Denny's. It all helps out. Thanks Again"

"9 out of 10, There are 3 things that deserve praise. 1st the lady staffer who answered the phone when I needed directions was fantastic and spot on. 2nd since we were there for the wine tours the front desk staff gave excellent recommendations, coupons, advice, & directions. She was absolutely fantastic. Also the front desk manager was very kind about a late check in, and upgrading our rooms together very awesome and deserves much praise as well. The staff is what I remember and how great they were to us, the room was a hotel room at a fair price for Napa. The staff was great!

"10 out of 10, My friends and I arrived at 0930 because we were going on a wine tour and being picked up at 1000...It was Paltypus Wine Tour which the hotel suggested to me when I called a few weeks before our stay. When we arrived in the morning our room was already available to we were able to put our luggage in our room before the wine tour. Everyone was very nice and friendly and very helpful. I would definetly stay at a Best Western again"

"9 out of 10, The maid service was excellent. The room was clean, the beds turned down every night and there were plenty of clean and fluffy towels. Overall, I would say this is the best maid service I have had at a Best Western. Kudos to the folks who kept our room so clean for our four days."
