Read Reviews On Our Napa Valley, CA Hotel

I've stayed here a couple different times here in Napa for either active construction and/or pre construction site visits. Rooms are nice, mattresses are good, plenty of pillows, front desk staff are outstanding, hi Ms. Cheyenne. There is a breakfast/lunch restaurant on property. And some good places to eat evening chow right down the street. I'll stay here as a "go to" when I'm headed to Napa. Convenience store 200 feet away. This system is asking me to review my google searches but, won't let me upload pictures...

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooms were nicer than expected and clean. The hot tub and pool were nice to use after a long day. The location was convenient to walk to chain restaurants and shopping (e.g., Target, In & Out). The bed was also very comfortable. When booking online, I encountered an error (only 2 of 3 rooms available, but it showed as available). I had to call, and the person I spoke with was efficient, kind, friendly, and clear. She explained why online gave an error, apologized, and addressed the issue right away. It was the easiest booking I've done over the phone. The text message updates about early check in were responded to immediately and very friendly. Upon arriving, two front desk staff were friendly, fun, and efficient, offering advice about cab companies and restaurants and explaining amenities. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in town.

Would stay here again! I was greeted by a friendly gentleman upon check-in who helped me with all questions etc and was super helpful. From the exterior I wasn’t sure of room quality but upon going inside I was pleasantly surprised! The rooms seemed to have been recently updated as everything felt fresh and new! In the morning during my stay some guests decided to blast music at 6:40AM but I called the front desk and they had the music off within 15 minutes which I appreciated! All staff I interacted with were so friendly and helpful and I would stop here again if I return for work!
