Staff is very kind and helpful, we visited while they were doing renovations. They helped us find places to eat around town and gave us recommendations. They offer a small, free coffee, yogurt, bars breakfast. Also, they give you coupons per person for the Denny’s next door for breakfast. There was a fridge, microwave and a small individual coffee tea pot included in the 2 queen room. One desk with a chair, bench and dining table with two chairs. The toilet/ shower was separate from the sink and mirror. I appreciate this, so people can get ready while others are in the shower. The room was spacious, clean and nice looking. Overall, good experience, nice helpful staff even during renovations.

Nice open room with plenty of space to hangout and relax. A very nice bathroom and sink area. There is a Denny's next door that they give you a voucher for breakfast. Right at the edge of Napa so you can get out quick without dealing with a bunch of stoplights.

The Best Western at the Vines is not the fanciest hotel you'll ever stay in, but my wife and I both thought is was a good place to stay. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, staff was pleasant and the location was decent. It was also one of the least expensive in the area. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.
