This is a great ...

This is a great little hotel to stay at when you are visiting Napa. It's on the outskirts, but close to everything. There are plenty of chain resturants nearby and plenty of shopping (Target is walking distance, which was so nice with a kid). The customer service is great, Brian provides a personal touch and tries to connect with each customer. Cheyenne is friendly and quick to respond to any questions. The rooms are a great size. This stay was on a first level, 2 Queen room next to the pool. And my kid (2 years old) had plenty of room to run around and tire themselves out. Parking can be tricky if you get here later in the evening. But I have never had a problem finding parking. Overall, this a great place to stay and we will keep coming back here.

The office staff was ...

The office staff was the best here. Thanks for going out of your way to make sure we had everything to make our stay awesome! Thanks for the great restaurant suggestions for dinner.... .you all rock!
