Great customer service, front ...

Great customer service, front desk lady was awesome!! Had an obnoxious group - partying in the room next to us. I advised the front desk about them once, had another lady complain with me (like standing right next to me). I called them, once i got back to our room and complained one more time. The group quieted way down, and had left within the hour. There pool was heated nicely, and clean. Will defiantly go back
