Hotel staff very professional ...

Hotel staff very professional and friendly. The hotel is clean, has a pool and close to a lot of venues in the area.

Worth the price. Clean ...

Worth the price. Clean and modern rooms. Hot tub and pool for post wine tasting relaxation. The front desk staff is less than knowledgable on the surrounding area, but there are plenty of guide books available on the lobby. Also, breakfast vouchers to the adjacent Denny's are included and help offset the high Napa prices!

Absolutely the most friendly ...

Absolutely the most friendly customer service by front desk staff - they offered us an hour later check out at no extra charge after hearing that I will need to wait in the lobby for a couple hours at the end of our reservation to coordinate a ride. They also offered to heat up any food we have if needed in the lobby. During my check-out, they offered a bottle of water as well while I was waiting for my ride. One area of improvement is just the soundproofing in the rooms.
