The Best Western Inn at the Vines was a clean, basic hotel. Comfortable and fine four our family of 4. The a/c blows at sub-zero! The pool is small but heated and the spa was hot. Both were clean. The lobby had a small fridge with drinks, juices, fruit, yogurt and granola bars to munch anytime, and coffee, this is also breakfast in the morning, which was fine for our family. But there's a Denny's next door if you need a bigger morning meal. The local biking groups stay at this hotel a lot and these snacks are great after a ride. It was fun to chat with them and see where they were biking in from. Uber has no trouble finding you here. We'd probably stay again.

Convenient location to downtown Napa. Many restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

Plenty of free parking and location is everything. It’s located at the corner next to Denny’s. Across the street you have In n Out, McD, Taco Bell, Target, Raley’s. It’s about a 10-20 minute drive into town like to Helena and Yountville. The also give a $10 coupon for Denny’s. The night before, the hotel sent an email and asked what time we’re arriving so they could try to have the room ready. We said between 1-3. We showed up at 2 and it wasn’t ready so we hung out at Target. They called us at 3 when it was ready. Our room was #103. First floor, a few doors down from the lobby. Clean room. There’s a microwave, mini fridge, desk, king size bed. The restroom had a night light built in when the lights are off. Great feature so that it’s not pitch dark at night. They don’t provide shower gel for toiletries so pack some of you need it.

My only complaint is the disable parking is in a bad spot. To get out of the parking lot you have to do a three point turn around to get out. Next time I'll park in the regular parking. Other than that it's a nice place to stay. An don't go to IHOP down the road for breakfast , they think that sausage an bacon are the same. I asked for bacon an my plate came out with sausage an wad told oh well, not their problem.
