Update #3: Wow. I ...

Update #3: Wow. I am so impressed again..and I don't have to learn the local TV channels anymore, all their TVs now let you connect to major streaming networks so you can watch your familiar favorites while enjoying the wine you bought after signing up for the wine club. I really like it here and I hope my reviews helped you out. The management here truly does care. Update #2: Stayed here again and everything was perfect. Room was super clean and the beds are comfortable. David at the front desk is really helpful and he said they are updating the rooms soon! Great spot and even better value for anyone wanting to enjoy a fun weekend up in the valley. Update: Stayed here again and had the same enjoyable experience. I utilized the discounted guest menu at Denny's (which is on the property). Already looking forward to my next stay! Best staff in the region. The rooms are immaculate. I plan on staying here every time I'm in Napa. They went above and beyond my expectations in every sense of the word.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay ...

Absolutely enjoyed our stay here. The agent at the front desk was sweet, kind, and accommodating at check in. She gave us some local recommendations too. Our room was clean and updated. This hotel is so close to town and everything you need. We would stay here again! Thank you BW!!

First a big thank ...

First a big thank you to Ian at the front desk who checked me in. Incredibly welcoming and friendly, I thought I'd just walked into a friend's house! This is one of the nicest Best Westerns I've ever stayed at. The rooms are beautiful and have balconies with chairs and a table....perfect for an evening bottle of wine. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom was nice and clean - my two biggest concerns when staying anywhere. Only [very] minor issue was the shower...very low water pressure, and the opening is at the opposite side of the showerhead. I never understand why showers are set up like that. Other than that I had a great stay and would definitely stay here again
