Perfection in Napa

Our room was not only very quiet, as we asked, but spacious, spotless, and comfy. The layout was well thought out and the darkness blinds made it easy to sleep in. The pool, although not large, was clean and heated to 80 degrees, and we loved the spa! Good customer service, and centrally located to downtown Napa for events, movies, and shopping. The Uptown Theatre was impressive! Shopping possibilities are numerous, and don't forget to go wine-tasting. We will be back!

Nicole and Tom

We felt like we met old friends upon our arrival at Napa's Best Western. Nicole and Tom were very helpful answering our questions about the Napa Valley Wine Train, tips on where to eat , directions to Trader Joes. Our room was spacious and very clean. We joined the Best Western program because of Nicole and Tom. We hope Best Western trains all their employees to be as efficient and welcoming as they are.

Our stay in May

The place is clean . The front desk members were very accommodating with my need to use the pool. Their knowledge of the city where to go to see the most in a short time.

The staff here are ...

The staff here are amazing!!!! The manager gave me a call to see if they could let us do early check in. And even though they eventually couldn't because they were sold out the day before, I was given follow up calls to give me updates. One of the cleaning staff saw us in the hall with out baby and asked if our room was good and that they installed the crib and if the location of the crib was okay. The rooms were clean and the pool was great for our 2 yr old. Would definitely come here again!
