Excellent value for a weekend getaway

This is a great little hotel to stay at when you are visiting Napa. It's on the outskirts, but close to everything. There are plenty of chain resturants nearby and plenty of shopping (Target is walking distance, which was so nice with a kid). The customer service is great, Brian provides a personal touch and tries to connect with each customer. Cheyenne is friendly and quick to respond to any questions. The rooms are a great size. This stay was on a first level, 2 Queen room next to the pool. And my kid (2 years old) had plenty of room to run around and tire themselves out. Parking can be tricky if you get here later in the evening. But I have never had a problem finding parking. Overall, this a great place to stay and we will keep coming back here.

Would stay here again! I was greeted by a friendly gentleman upon check-in who helped me with all questions etc and was super helpful. From the exterior I wasn’t sure of room quality but upon going inside I was pleasantly surprised! The rooms seemed to have been recently updated as everything felt fresh and new! In the morning during my stay some guests decided to blast music at 6:40AM but I called the front desk and they had the music off within 15 minutes which I appreciated! All staff I interacted with were so friendly and helpful and I would stop here again if I return for work!

The property is very nice, quiet in the Merlot building and is well taken care of. The pool area was great and a wonderful place to relax in the afternoon and evening.
