I have stayed at ...

I have stayed at this hotel in the past and it has been great. However, this time it was really showing it's age. I'm sad to see a great hotel in decline.

The reason I gave ...

The reason I gave the room a three star instead of five stars because it took a long time to get even lukewarm water in the showers and sinks. The reason I gave service a two star is because While the night I checked in the man that checked man was very friendly and courteous the next morning the woman that helped check me out did not seem to care that I had a negative experience with their Texting checkout system. The system told me I could check out using the text message they sent me and bypass the front desk. The problem with this is that it did not tell me what to do with the key cards for the door. I called their phone number and got an automated system that told me I could leave the key card in the room. The problem with this is that their hallways are set up with doors that require a key card to get through them to get to the outside of the hotel I had to use the key cards to get through those doors and then take the key card to the front desk summary I had to go to the front desk anyway even After I checked out using the text message system.
