The staff was nice, ...

The staff was nice, the location is at a busy intersection and far away from most of the vineyards.

Overall a mediocre stay ...

Overall a mediocre stay bit the staff were nice. If you get a room close to the elevator you will hear people entering and exiting through the hallway doors. The bed and sheets were comfy and the size of the room was decent. The WiFi is fast though. But the experience felt dated and grimy.

If you have an ...

If you have an issue at this location don’t count on Savanah to help resolve your issue. Instead just wait a couple of days for the manager to arrive as we were told and you should be fine. The rest of the staff at this location were more than helpful and very polite. Thing is the rest of the staff here look like me. Thank you Savanah and we apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused you by mentioning the service being out in the rooms your ad claims to provide with each reservation.

It's currently undergoing a ...

It's currently undergoing a fair amount of renovation. Otherwise it's an acceptable place to stay and it's only 5 minutes from downtown Napa.
