If you have an issue at this location don’t count on Savanah to help resolve your issue. Instead just wait a couple of days for the manager to arrive as we were told and you should be fine. The rest of the staff at this location were more than helpful and very polite. Thing is the rest of the staff here look like me. Thank you Savanah and we apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused you by mentioning the service being out in the rooms your ad claims to provide with each reservation.

Such a comfortable stay. Clean place

The hotel stay was a bright spot during an atmospheric river event that prevented outdoor activities I usual engage in. All the rain meant having to stay indoors most of the time, thus the importance of decent Internet/WiFi service, television, fitness center, and room comfort. The hotel had all of this, and pleasant staff.

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado cerca de tiendas y relativamente cerca de downtown. El servicio fue amable. La habitación es espaciosa y cómoda. El único tema es el aislamiento entre las habitaciones, ya que se escucha todo por los muros (conversaciones de las otras habitaciones, la gente que pasaba por fuera de la habitación, el camión de basura en la mañana, los portazos).
