Nice open room with ...

Nice open room with plenty of space to hangout and relax. A very nice bathroom and sink area. There is a Denny's next door that they give you a voucher for breakfast. Right at the edge of Napa so you can get out quick without dealing with a bunch of stoplights.

I had the most ...

I had the most wonderful experience at the Best Western Inn at the Vines. I really enjoyed the front desk staff. The rooms were so very nice! Comfortable beds, nice décor, and very quiet.

Staff is very kind ...

Staff is very kind and helpful, we visited while they were doing renovations. They helped us find places to eat around town and gave us recommendations. They offer a small, free coffee, yogurt, bars breakfast. Also, they give you coupons per person for the Denny’s next door for breakfast. There was a fridge, microwave and a small individual coffee tea pot included in the 2 queen room. One desk with a chair, bench and dining table with two chairs. The toilet/ shower was separate from the sink and mirror. I appreciate this, so people can get ready while others are in the shower. The room was spacious, clean and nice looking. Overall, good experience, nice helpful staff even during renovations.

The staff is really ...

The staff is really friendly, the hotel is clean and well cared for. Near to dining options, stores, and main roads for Napa. Great location to stay when visiting wine country.
