This is the best ...

This is the best kept secret around. After driving for 15 hours and having a not so quiet melt down, I stopped at a subway in the middle of no where and they told me that there was a best western down the road. Well, not too excited about a best western, but so totally fried that I was willing to try...I went there. Wow, what a surprise, the desk woman was a gem and the room was more than adequate. Very Very clean and didn't have that hotel smell. Man great place, don't pass it up if you are in the area!

Great Customer Service

My boyfriend and I stayed at this Hotel and were very impressed. They genuinely took great care of us. We were only going to stay for 1 night but decided to stay for 3. The staff made our reservations for a wine tour and hot air balloon ride. I can remember a few names Natalie, Melody, Darby and Genafer. This Hotel is recommended for sure.

Perfection in Napa

Our room was not only very quiet, as we asked, but spacious, spotless, and comfy. The layout was well thought out and the darkness blinds made it easy to sleep in. The pool, although not large, was clean and heated to 80 degrees, and we loved the spa! Good customer service, and centrally located to downtown Napa for events, movies, and shopping. The Uptown Theatre was impressive! Shopping possibilities are numerous, and don't forget to go wine-tasting. We will be back!
