Fantastic doesn't quite describe ...

Fantastic doesn't quite describe how great the rooms, new lobby, and friendly helpful staff! Sue checked us in after hours when I had to be in Napa for my sister emergency hospital episode. Not only was check in easy when we needed extra amenities she promptly brought all to my room! Such service was so very nice indeed! The rooms and hallways are immaculate and fresh. The beds were super comfortable! Kitchen was stocked with all necessary cookware and dishes perfect for my family! I will definitely return for happier occasions!

I like staying at ...

I like staying at "Best Western" hotels because of the points you can rack up to obtain a free stay at any of their locations. We even stayed at one in Pau, France!
