This place really deserves ...

This place really deserves a 5 star because the staff are friendly, rooms are clean, updated and comfortable. However, there is a ton of construction going on and we spent 15 min trying to figure out how to get back into the parking lot because it was blocked off. No one at the front mentioned that there was a side entrance. It wasn’t obvious to us when we arrived to check in and immediately left for dinner. The windows do a great job of keeping most of the noise out from the work so that was a plus but our neighbor above us was moving around and shutting doors all night. To be fair, I’m not sure if this building is old and sound travels or if the guest was heavy footed but it really sounded like stomping and slamming doors. Not our best night sleep and we don’t recommend this place to light sleepers-even with ear plugs.

Good alternative to high ...

Good alternative to high priced places in Napa. Typical Best Western, clean and quiet. Great deal for free breakfast at Denny’s, which is attached to building. Good location, easy access to the valley.

Overall it is good ...

Overall it is good value for the money. we had a very nice stay there. Location is very convenient, near some restaurants. it provides free parking lot. We also used the laundry facility in the hotel. very happy for our experience.

Great location. Near shopping ...

Great location. Near shopping center and Downtown Napa. Denny's is next door. Bed was very comfortable.
