This hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooms were nicer than expected and clean. The hot tub and pool were nice to use after a long day. The location was convenient to walk to chain restaurants and shopping (e.g., Target, In & Out). The bed was also very comfortable. When booking online, I encountered an error (only 2 of 3 rooms available, but it showed as available). I had to call, and the person I spoke with was efficient, kind, friendly, and clear. She explained why online gave an error, apologized, and addressed the issue right away. It was the easiest booking I've done over the phone. The text message updates about early check in were responded to immediately and very friendly. Upon arriving, two front desk staff were friendly, fun, and efficient, offering advice about cab companies and restaurants and explaining amenities. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in town.

Absolutely the most friendly customer service by front desk staff - they offered us an hour later check out at no extra charge after hearing that I will need to wait in the lobby for a couple hours at the end of our reservation to coordinate a ride. They also offered to heat up any food we have if needed in the lobby. During my check-out, they offered a bottle of water as well while I was waiting for my ride. One area of improvement is just the soundproofing in the rooms.

We were walking to the room and the hallway and our room had a very heavy smell of perfume i am very sensitive and spent the whole night with a migraine, next morning went to get coffee and it wasn’t very good it’s from a Machine. couldn’t finish it the restaurant next door is not very good just very disappointed in the whole weekend with the prices you would have expected more
